Termination

This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or VCampus. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. VCampus may terminate this Agreement at any time and without notice, and accordingly deny you access to this website, in VCampus's sole discretion for any reason, including your failure to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions of Use contain the entire agreement between you and VCampus regarding the use of this site and the information contained on this site. You agree that these Terms and Conditions of Use take effect on your first use of this site, and that they apply to all persons accessing the site from your computer. You agree to regularly review these Terms and Conditions of Use for changes and agree to those changes by continuing to this site. These Terms and Conditions of Use may only be amended as described above, or by a writing signed by you and an authorized official of VCampus. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the provisions contained herein will survive termination of your access to and use of this site and the information contained on this site. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to the choice of law provisions thereof. Any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with, these terms and conditions shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in Reston, North Carolina, in accordance with the then-current rules and procedures of the American Arbitration Association by one (1) arbitrator appointed by the American Arbitration Association. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be confirmed, reduced to judgment and entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The parties agree that, any provision of applicable law notwithstanding, they will not request, and the arbitrator shall have no authority to award, punitive or exemplary damages against any party. In the event that any arbitration, action or proceeding is brought in connection with these terms and conditions, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorneys' fees

VCAMPUS WEBSITE PRIVACY STATEMENT

VCampus wants to give you an informative and interesting visit to our website. To help us determine what you like and don't like about our sites, we may ask for your opinion from time to time. You may also be asked whether you would like to receive information about new VCampus products.

VCAMPUS REFUND POLICY

All course registrations are final.  Your subscription begins immediately upon registration into a course/package, so be sure to carefully review your order before purchasing.  No refunds will be granted for online courses. 

A Registration Confirmation email containing important registration details is sent immediately upon registration to the email address provided.  If you do not receive this confirmation email (i.e., SPAM filters, incorrect email address, etc.) it is your responsibility to immediately confirm your registration with our Customer Service Team at support@VCampus.com or by dialing 703.748.1121 or 888.235.7260. 

Non-paid course subscription extensions will not be granted under any circumstances.
